What You Will Do As an AR Agent in our Payment Solutions Team, you will own a portfolio of high-value receivables under the Family Segment , driving critical outcomes that impact the company’s financial health. You will be the primary point of contact for customers with overdue accounts—ensuring timely follow-ups, professional communication, and resolution of any payment barriers. Your role directly supports our cash flow strategy by reducing delinquency, maintaining low DSO, and delivering a frictionless payment experience. This is a high-impact, metrics-driven role that works cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance Ops, and Accounting to convert strategy into tangible financial results. With cash flow and collections identified as a top company priority this quarter, your ownership will be essential to Boundless’s ability to scale operations and serve more families with confidence. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain professional relationships directly with customers; Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue balances via email, calls, and scheduled check-ins Collaborate with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting teams to address disputes, credits, or billing errors Track payment behavior and recommend credit or billing adjustments as needed Prepare client-facing documentation including payment reminders, and reconciliation summaries Escalate accounts for service restrictions in alignment with finance policy Document all collection efforts, outcomes, and commitments using internal tools and CRM systems Handle sensitive cases with discretion, balancing empathy and financial risk management Support Customer Success Management on payment-related tasks & queries Other related duties may be assigned as required by the business. Who You Are 1-3 years of experience in collections, Accounts Receivable, or finance roles is a strong advantage Solid understanding of financial principles and how collections impacts cash flow, DSO, and revenue Proven negotiation skills and the ability to engage customers with both professionalism and persistence Data-literate : Comfortable reviewing AR reports, spotting trends, and proposing action plans Highly organized, detail-oriented , and consistently meets or exceeds KPI targets Proactive and results-oriented —you take ownership, follow through, and escalate when necessary Strong written and verbal English communication skills; clear, confident, and customer-sensitive Familiarity with U.S. immigration or legal services is a plus, but not required Comfortable with CRM/accounting tools What We Offer You will be part of a dynamic workforce in an environment where you will collaborate with the expert and elite talents in the online immigration services industry.
