Job Description
As a Telecommunication Technical Support Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional customer care through clear communication and expert troubleshooting. From resolving technical concerns to ensuring every customer feels valued and supported, you'll help maintain seamless service for one of Australia's trusted telecommunications providers.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 6 months of NBN experience with TSR background in an Australian telco BPO account (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in any field, at least 2 years of college, or a 2-year technical/vocational/associate degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM or related tools
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Understanding of customer behavior and market trends
- Passion for customer service and commitment to continuous learning
Your Daily Tasks
- Foster positive customer relationships and rapport
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Utilize CRM knowledge effectively
- Troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services
- Provide clear and empathetic communication with every interaction
- Multi-task efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Leverage NBN experience when applicable
- Document all customer concerns in the system
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as required
