
Document Execution Officer

JOB OVERVIEW:
This role primarily involves supporting the Operations function by managing the end-to-end document execution process.
This includes preparing, processing, and tracking execution requests via DocuSign, ensuring compliance with internal, protocols, and collaborating with various business units to meet operational timelines.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or document management.
Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment is an advantage.
Familiarity with signatory delegation frameworks is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Prior exposure to DocuSign or similar digital execution platforms is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or any equivalent.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, action, and follow up on document execution requests across all business units using DocuSign.
Ensure all Document Execution Requests (DERs) are complete, accurate, and compliant with delegation and signatory requirements.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager and broader Operations team to efficiently fulfill business requests.
Respond to ad hoc operations queries and provide administrative support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of executed documents and support archiving processes.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, Legal, Company Secretariat) to ensure timely and compliant execution of documents.
