  • Lead, supervise, and support food attendants in all assigned event functions.
  • Conduct training for food attendants to maintain Hizon's service standards.
  • Ensure proper execution of food service with correct handling and sanitation.
  • Confirm all food and supplies are complete before leaving the commissary.
  • Supervise food service and buffet execution from start to finish.
  • Monitor and report breakages, shortages, and losses.
  • Handle food-related concerns during events and coordinate directly with the Chef.
  • Endorse leftover food to the client properly, ensuring completeness, neatness, and good presentation.
  • Ensure all equipment accountability is complete before leaving the venue.
  • Lead by example in upholding service standards and company values.
  • Manage shift responsibilities and assist in delegating tasks to on-call staff.

Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate.
  • At least 1-2 years related work experience.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience in training and guiding staff
  • Knowledgeable in food service operations, sanitation, and proper handling standards
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring completeness, accountability, and smooth event execution
  • Can start ASAP.
