Head Food Attendant

- Lead, supervise, and support food attendants in all assigned event functions.
- Conduct training for food attendants to maintain Hizon's service standards.
- Ensure proper execution of food service with correct handling and sanitation.
- Confirm all food and supplies are complete before leaving the commissary.
- Supervise food service and buffet execution from start to finish.
- Monitor and report breakages, shortages, and losses.
- Handle food-related concerns during events and coordinate directly with the Chef.
- Endorse leftover food to the client properly, ensuring completeness, neatness, and good presentation.
- Ensure all equipment accountability is complete before leaving the venue.
- Lead by example in upholding service standards and company values.
- Manage shift responsibilities and assist in delegating tasks to on-call staff.
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate.
- At least 1-2 years related work experience.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience in training and guiding staff
- Knowledgeable in food service operations, sanitation, and proper handling standards
- Detail-oriented, ensuring completeness, accountability, and smooth event execution
- Can start ASAP.
