About the role

Brainy Tutelage English School, Inc. is seeking an experienced School Nurse to join our team on a contract basis. As a School Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to our students and staff at our campus located in Kasambagan, Cebu City, Cebu. This dynamic role requires an individual with excellent clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for promoting the wellbeing of the school community.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed

  • Administering medications and monitoring students' health conditions

  • Conducting health screenings and assessments to identify and address any health concerns

  • Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations

  • Promoting health and wellness initiatives within the school community

  • Participating in school events and activities to support the overall well-being of students and staff

What we're looking for

  • A registered nurse with a valid nursing license

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a school nurse or in a similar healthcare setting

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to think critically and respond quickly in emergency situations

  • Can easily and quickly respond during emergency situations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff

  • Familiarity with school health policies and procedures, as well as relevant health regulations

  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant software

  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine interest in promoting the health and wellbeing of the school community

Working Schedule:

> TWICE a week, preferably every Monday and Thursday

>8:00 am to 5:00 pm
