About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to join our team at St. Catherine Realty Corporation in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a School Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our students, ensuring they can thrive in a supportive educational environment. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
- Providing first aid and emergency care to students as needed
- Administering medications and coordinating with parents and healthcare providers
- Conducting health screenings, such as vision, hearing, and scoliosis checks
- Developing and implementing health education programs for students and staff
- Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address the healthcare needs of students
- Promoting a safe and healthy school environment
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Nurse in a school or community healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of healthcare situations
- Thorough understanding of child health and development, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach to healthcare
