The Project Engineer will play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of Robinsons Logistix and Industrials Inc.'s projects. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that all engineering and construction activities are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of industrial and logistics facilities and other related projects.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments to resolve technical and project-related issues.
  • Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates for management.
  • Support procurement and bidding activities by providing technical inputs and evaluating proposals.
  • Ensure that all project activities comply with company standards, government regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Licensed Engineer (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction, ideally in industrial, logistics, or commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management practices.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
