Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specifications

Coordinates and monitor project requirements as to manpower, materials, equipment and finance

Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends corrective action and control measures for

proper and timely accomplishment of the project

Advises the Project Manager on the progress of accomplishments, problems and actions for the proper

execution of construction

Schedules and plans all actual construction and related works to recommend and improve proper

sequencing of works for the timely completion of the project

Coordinates with the project's design engineers and / or consultants on the technical aspects of the

constructive activities

Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments

Prepares the daily and weekly accomplishment report and reports them to the Project Manager

Can do quantity and cost estimate

Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations to ensure that all contract requirements

are met based on the targets and policies

Can coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work

performance

Attends to Sunday project duties as necessary.

And to perform other duties as required by the management or its representatives.

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements:

Knowledge of Project Management and use of project management software, estimating software and

computer aided design software

Possesses strategic mind set with regards to decision making, pro-active, driving for results and

relationship building

Able to perform productively while under pressure

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate change, motivating his team and getting leadership buy-in

Honest with integrity

Competent technical skills

Willing to extend hours to finish task.

Required Knowledge / Education / Training:

Education: Graduate of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture

Training: Primavera, COSH, Planswift, AutoCAD
