Office/Project Engineer

  1. Attend Pre-Bid conferences and Opening of Bids as needed. Communicate with the Operations Manager and other concerned department about the topics discussed during pre-bid conferences in preparation for the bidding.

  2. Responsible in preparing plans and drawings using AutoCAD based on the projects design and specifications and customers approval.

  3. Responsible for the preparation of quantity estimates for quotation and biddings.

  4. Coordinate with Project Engineers regarding site inspection, project schedules, and other customer concerns regarding upcoming, ongoing, and completed projects.

  5. Responsible in the monitoring and filing of Project Engineers accomplishment reports to ensure that projects are completed on time.

  6. Comply with the QMS requirements. Ensure complete documentation and compliance with the BDD Department's targets and objectives.

  7. Assist the General Manager in developing marketing programs to reach target sales.

  8. Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all reports are accurate and adheres to company policies and procedures.

  9. Do Ad hoc projects that may rise from time to time as needed.

  10. Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • No work experience required, can be trained within a month.
  • Registered Civil Engineer
  • Willing to be assigned to any job site
