GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

PLANNING

● Utilizes Builiding Information Modeling (BIM) software for 3D models (ex. AutoCAD, SketchUp)   ● Determines project specifications by studying design, requirements, and performance standards

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

●Checks and recommends modification of plans and specifications for constructability, efficiency, and safety ● Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management   ● Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, manpower, calculating time requirements, and sequencing  project elements

CONSTRUCTION

● Oversees the construction operations of a project

POST- CONSTRUCTION

● Regularly evaluate contractors and suppliers   ● Uses checklist and punchlists to signify evaluation/condition   ● Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests   ● Maintains company reputation by complying with applicable laws and ordinances   ● Performs building preventive and corrective maintenance as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Master's of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction

Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required

With 5+ years of project experience working in the construction industry

Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, familiar with scheduling and project management

software, AutoCAD/Revit, and Sketchup

With skills in project management, process improvement, leadership, coomunication, and documentation

With high level technical and building methodology understanding With strong commitment in safety standards

Proficiency in CAD, CAD/CAM circuit design

Knowledgeable with GANTT  and PER CPM Charts
