What you'll be doing

  • Review electrical and auxiliary plans & specifications and coordinate discrepancies to supervisor. Validate space and electrical provisions for equipment.
  • Ensures timely submission of material, equipment and shop drawing approval.
  • Monitor the progress of works of Electrical and Auxiliary Contractors & Suppliers and relates them to the general construction schedule.
  • Ensures installation of approved materials, equipment, coordinated MEP layout and optimize sequence of works.
  • Issues correspondences to Electrical and Auxiliary contractors & suppliers to address potential delays.
  • Supervise start-up of equipment and coordinate testing & commissioning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other building systems and infrastructure
  • Overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to address electrical issues and challenges
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and incorporating innovative technologies into project designs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably involved in high-rise residential project.
  • Proficient in electrical system design, power distribution, and control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Proficient in the use of electrical engineering software and tools
  • Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
