Auto Mechanic

JOB SUMMARY

The Motor Pool Assistant (Auto Mechanic) is responsible to provide support to the motor pool department in managing and maintaining the organization's fleet of vehicles. Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance tasks, inventory management, and providing support to drivers. The role contributes to ensuring the timely and safe delivery of bread products to customers.

A. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Notify authorities of any vehicle issues to uphold safety standards
• Prepare and submit reports on motor pool matters to the Motor Pool Supervisor.
• Aid in ensuring all equipment and vehicles function correctly.
• Maintain records of repair and maintenance schedules.

B. MINOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and cooperate in the food safety and quality programs and initiatives of the company and consistently report problems with regards to Food Safety Management System.
• Directly report to the Overall Project Logistics Admin Officer.
• Responsible for requisitioning tools and spare parts.
• Supervise maintenance and repairs of listed equipment to ensure operational safety and reliability.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on listed equipment.
• Support and cooperate IT Support project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
