Messenger/Liaison

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Must be able to drive a motorcycle and read maps accurately.
• Must hold a valid motorcycle driver's license and professional driver's permit.
• Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and mobile mapping applications.
• With at least 1 year of experience as a motorcycle messenger or collector in a related field (preferred).
• Able to follow instructions carefully; honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Willing to be based in Las Piñas City.
• Must be willing to be on route for the majority of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to complete daily pick-ups and deliveries.
• Collect payments and deliver items or documents to clients as scheduled.
• Record details of payments collected, items/documents sent or received, and client feedback.
• Submit a daily accomplishment report, including completed tasks and any rescheduled items.
• Deliver and relay important documents, messages, or information between the company, clients, and other related agencies.
• Handle and transmit documents relevant to billing, collection, and other company operations.
• Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed safely, promptly, and accurately.
