Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate with strong design and visual storytelling skills to support our marketing team. This role includes creating impactful visuals, preparing marketing materials, and contributing to both digital and in-person campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and prepare PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and internal slides.
• Assist in creating flyers, brochures, and other print or digital marketing collateral.
• Draft and schedule social media posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Support event planning by preparing signage, handouts, giveaways, and booth materials.
• Assist with video content creation, including basic editing and coordination with vendors or team members.
• Maintain marketing assets and ensure brand consistency across materials.
• Collaborate with team members to produce creative concepts and translate them into effective designs.
• Help with basic website updates, newsletters, and email campaigns, as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, photos, and stories for marketing use.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong graphic design and visual art skills is a must.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubSpot).
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and good verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work US hours, with flexibility once independently working in the role dependent on client preferences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar tools.
• Marketing experience.
• Photography, animation, illustration skills or video production experience.
