DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pitch content ideas for all digital platforms (social media, advertisements, email marketing)
  • Coordinate with the Creatives team in producing visuals and copy for campaigns that drive website traffic and sales
  • Shoot, edit, and publish photos and videos as needed for campaigns and events
  • Support in planning, executing, and monitoring online campaigns (events, sales, promos, launches, and brand activations)
  • Provide campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Assist in event coverage (including live posting, photo/video documentation, and recap content)
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in cross-department coordination (Marketing, E-commerce, Operations) for campaign logistics

Qualifications:

  • College level or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Writing, Multimedia Arts or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in digital marketing, content creation, or media (agency or in-house)
  • Has background in creative writing and copywriting for marketing purposes
  • Proficient in photo and video editing; basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Canva)
  • Experience in campaign execution, community management, or social media analytics is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) and emerging trends
  • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret content and ad performance data to optimize campaigns
  • Experience with Google Ads is an advantage
  • Portfolio is required
