We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our remote team. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our clients' digital marketing efforts, with a focus on SEO, content development, social media management, paid search, influencer campaigns, and direct marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO & Web Optimization
    Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies; conduct audits; implement fixes; and track performance using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting
    Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-driven content using AI tools. Maintain brand voice, ensure readability, and meet monthly content quotas.
  • Social Media Management
    Assist in developing content calendars, creating posts, scheduling, and analyzing engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Influencer & Paid Campaigns
    Support influencer outreach and campaign coordination. Assist in managing paid ads across Google and social platforms, including performance tracking and A/B testing.
  • Email & SMS Marketing
    Help plan, build, and monitor email and SMS campaigns via Mailchimp/Klaviyo. Ensure proper list segmentation and performance reporting.
  • Reports, Strategy & Collaboration
    Contribute to reports, strategy sessions, and client presentations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong foundation in:
    • On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
    • Copywriting and content optimization
    • Social media and influencer campaign support
    • Paid search and basic media buying
    • Email and SMS campaign coordination
  • Strong familiarity with digital tools and platforms:
    • Google Analytics, Google Search Console
    • Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
    • Meta Business Suite, Google Ads
    • Mailchimp, Klaviyo
    • Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas)
