We are looking for a highly driven Technical Training Officer to lead and manage the development, facilitation, and assessment of technical training programs for our dealer network. The role is responsible for training content development, technician certification, new model technical product knowledge, and acts as a liaison with BYD PH/HQ on training requirements and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Trainer in the automotive sector
  • Technical & Training Leveling Certification preferred
  • Strong automotive troubleshooting knowledge
  • Effective technical communication and training delivery
  • Can perform under pressure and manage multiple training schedules
  • Proficient in using training manuals and instructional materials
