About the Role

Annabels Resources Corp. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller Specialist to manage and oversee inventory for the kitchen and restaurant operations of Lanai by Annabels.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in inventory management and food cost control, with a strong background in restaurant or kitchen operations. You will ensure accurate stock records, proper storage, and efficient coordination between purchasing, kitchen, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track daily stock movements, usage, and wastage; ensure real-time updates in inventory systems.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to forecast needs and plan replenishments.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and reduce overstocking or spoilage.
  • Verify received goods against purchase orders for quality and quantity accuracy.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization using FIFO/FEFO methods.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and consumption reports for management.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and food safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.
  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Experience in a restaurant or kitchen setup is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., QuickBooks, ODoo, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
