Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Production Planning and Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee scheduling, inventory levels, and production efficiency. The role ensures that materials, labor, and equipment are properly allocated to meet production targets on time and within budget. The ideal candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in production planning processes.

You must be knowledgeable in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), capable of problem-solving under pressure, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments. Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate reports are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate purchase orders and create accurate production schedules.
  • Estimate required materials, equipment, and manpower for production.
  • Monitor and resolve production issues to prevent delays.
  • Coordinate production operations based on inventory, labor availability, and equipment capacity.
  • Recommend cost-efficient solutions to improve production processes and product quality.
  • Adjust production schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports to management.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and production records.
  • Support survey facilitation and action plan implementation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a PPIC Supervisor or in Production Planning/Inventory Control.
  • Strong understanding of MRP, production workflows, and inventory systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
