DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Checking/Inspection of delivered goods and ensure that they correlate to the accompanying delivery documents i.e., PO, Supplier's DR, Packing List, etc.

· Ensures the labelling and recording of materials is in line with management procedure.

· Perform daily material handling and controls for receiving, distribution, and inventory services.

· Maintain accuracy of databases, tracking and inventory reports

· Maintain safe, clean, and organized supplies and materials area

· Conduct periodic inventory disposal, records destruction, and inventory.

· Maintain standard office equipment, material-handling, and warehousing equipment and tools.

· Maintain and implement good housekeeping (5's)

· Performs task that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Job requirements stated, but not limited on the following:

· Proficient in MS Office

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of inventory

· Highly organized and able to store items efficiently

· Ability to apply strong problem-solving techniques

· Ability to work under pressure.
