Job Title: Assistant Manager – Solar Asset Performance

Location: Quezon City

Salary: 140,000 – 160,000

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Solar Asset Performance to lead a team of engineers in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing solar PV systems. The role involves ensuring high system performance, managing service operations, and maintaining effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Asset Engineers in monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Oversee solar PV systems using platforms such as VCOM, SCADA, and NetSuite.
  • Identify and resolve technical faults, manage service inquiries, and coordinate with suppliers for warranty and part replacements.
  • Prepare service orders, bills of materials, and accurate documentation.
  • Generate and present performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms, and performance tools.
  • Proven experience in people management and client coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing technical teams is an advantage.
