Career Opportunity: Assistant Manager - Solar Asset Performance
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M, with at least 2 years leading a technical team.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (PVsyst, NetSuite).
- Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Asset Engineers, overseeing remote investigations, performance analysis, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.
- Manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement, including preparation of service orders and bills of materials.
- Monitor systems using platforms like VCOM, SCADA, and NetSuite, generating performance reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and compliance with O&M contracts and regulatory standards.
