Qualifications:

  • Strong performance management, communication and time management skills
  • Equivalent experience of a warehouse supervisor from 5years and above, same industry experience is a plus. Experience in warehouse automation is a plus.
  • Comfortable delivering and receiving frequent, direct, written and oral feedback
  • Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluency in Google Sheets & Slides are a MUST
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
  • Willing to be assigned in Plaridel, Bulacan

Job Description:

  • To coordinate and supervise warehouse activities such as inbound, sorting and outbound on a daily basis.
  • Receiving parcels in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and assuring quality of parcels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
