Work closely with senior management and employees to drive organizational performance and effectiveness. Minimum Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any related course. Related Work Experience : 5-10 years of extensive experience in all functions of HR Experience in manufacturing industry and/or jewelry processing. Knowledge : Business Acumen: Understanding the organization's operations, finances, and overall business strategy to align HR practices with business objectives. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and contribute to its success. HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance. Change Management: Skill in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and overcoming resistance. Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and manage HR projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in using HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends, assess workforce performance, and make data-driven decisions. Legal Compliance: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements and promote a fair and equitable workplace. Skills : Talent Management: Skills in identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support business growth. Performance Management: Ability to implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and drive employee development. Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and use insights to inform decision-making. Interpersonal Skills : Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and senior leaders. Relationship Building: The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Active Listening: Paying close attention to employee concerns and feedback to understand their needs and perspectives. Coaching and Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to managers and employees to enhance their performance and development. Conflict Resolution: The ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively and fairly. Influencing and Persuasion: The ability to influence decision-making and drive HR initiatives by presenting compelling arguments and solutions. Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions, both one's own and others', to build strong relationships and navigate challenging situations. Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to adjust to changing priorities, work in dynamic environments, and bounce back from setbacks.
