HR Business Partner

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Acts as a strategic link between Human Resources and the business, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

2. Work closely with senior management and employees to drive organizational performance and effectiveness.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education
: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any related course.

Related Work Experience:

1. 5-10 years of extensive experience in all functions of HR

2. Experience in manufacturing industry and/or jewelry processing.|

Skill in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and overcoming resistance.

Project Management:
Ability to plan, execute, and manage HR projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Proficiency in using HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends, assess workforce performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Legal Compliance:
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements and promote a fair and equitable workplace.

Skills in identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support business growth.

Performance Management:
Ability to implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and drive employee development.
