GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Acts as a strategic link between Human Resources and the business, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
  2. Work closely with senior management and employees to drive organizational performance and effectiveness.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education**: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any related course.

Related Work Experience:

years of extensive experience in all functions of HR

Business Acumen: Understanding the organization's operations, finances, and overall business strategy to align HR practices with business objectives.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and contribute to its success.

HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance.

Change Management: Skill in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and overcoming resistance.

Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and manage HR projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in using HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends, assess workforce performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Legal Compliance: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements and promote a fair and equitable workplace. 

Skills: 

Talent Management: Skills in identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support business growth.

Performance Management: Ability to implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and drive employee development.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Being able to analyze HR data, identify trends, and use insights to inform decision-making.

Interpersonal Skills:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and senior leaders.

Relationship Building: The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
