Our client is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist who will take full ownership of the company's digital marketing direction for a fast-growing coaching business. This role goes beyond simple content posting — it's about strategic storytelling, lead generation, and campaign performance.

You'll have the creative freedom to innovate while collaborating with a supportive team, leveraging AI-powered tools to elevate content creation, campaign development, and audience engagement. Your work will directly contribute to the business's growth and its mission to transform lives through coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize all social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, and others) with a focus on lead generation rather than brand awareness.

  • Develop and present comprehensive monthly marketing strategies and campaign plans.

  • Write persuasive marketing emails and build automated email sequences.

  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments and messages across platforms.

  • Perform light editing for two company podcasts and create supporting promotional content.

  • Design graphics and visual content using Canva and other creative tools.

  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI) to enhance content creation and marketing strategy.

  • Generate creative ideas and execute campaigns independently with minimal supervision.

  • Plan, launch, and manage social media ad campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.

  • Participate in daily team communications and weekly strategic planning meetings.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with measurable lead generation results.

  • Strong creative thinking and self-motivation — able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google AI for strategy development and content creation.

  • Skilled in Canva for visual design and social media content creation.

  • Basic experience in video and podcast editing.

  • Background in marketing strategy and campaign development.

  • Bonus: Experience in the personal development or coaching industry.

  • Availability to work during US business hours for real-time collaboration.

  • Portfolio required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
