THE ROLE

As a Procurement and Operations Intern, you will support our day-to-day operational activities and help manage our supplier network, stocks levels and overall operations efficiency across the region. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, and operational execution within a fast-paced and international environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Assist in the execution and improvement of local operational procedures and ensure alignment with regional goals.
  • Support the team in maintaining strong relationships with key local suppliers and partners (e.g., cleaning services, laundry, real estate, gas suppliers).
  • Help monitor supplier performance and execute purchases to ensure service delivery meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to inventory and stock replenishment processes to support ongoing operations.
  • Assist in the research, evaluation, and procurement of suppliers and services.
  • Help track and document compliance with health and safety protocols at our locations.
  • Participate in real estate and supplier expansion initiatives through research, outreach, and negotiation support.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyse operational data and contribute to process improvement efforts.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and shows eagerness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills — comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
  • Great attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, especially when coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
