Your Role as an IT Operations Intern

This internship is open to students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. As an IT Operations Intern, you'll be guided by a dedicated trainer and collaborate with a skilled team across three key areas:

  • Database Administration
    : Learn the fundamentals of networking and system administration, and gain hands-on experience in performance tuning, database security, disaster recovery planning, and SQL-based management.
  • Security Operations
    : Support network and endpoint security efforts, assist in monitoring systems, and participate in incident response activities to help safeguard critical infrastructure.
  • Systems Administration
    : Work on Windows and Linux administration, storage management, basic networking, and security hardening—building a strong foundation in enterprise IT operations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid grasp of software concepts, cybersecurity principles, and SQL. Additional tasks may be assigned to broaden your exposure and deepen your learning. Internship set-up:

  • Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
  • Onsite (Head office: IMC Building, LRA Compound, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City)

Specification:

  • Competitive internship allowance provided.
  • A minimum of 400 hours requirement; can onboard a week after passing the final level interview.
  • For involuntary internship/academic requirement, availability of MOA for legal review.
