Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operational activities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Help coordinate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Logistics, Finance)
  • Support documentation and improvement of business processes
  • Maintain and update operational data and reports (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support
  • Help identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
