About Us:

I&S Inc. is an emerging leader in E-commerce and Live Selling, dedicated to providing innovativeand customer-driven solutions. We are looking for a motivated and versatile Operations &Marketing Intern who can support day-to-day business operations while assisting with marketingand administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating daily operations for E-commerce and Live Selling activities.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including content creation using Canva (social media posts, productlayouts, marketing collaterals).
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Help monitor order fulfillment, inventory updates, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of live selling events.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of E-commerce and social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Canva for design and content creation.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
