Accounting Specialist for Accounts Receivable, Billing & Collections
to support our fast-growing operations in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

As we scale, we need someone who lives and breathes
accuracy, follow-through, and customer account management
—turning sales into cash, on time and in full.

What You'll Do


Own the end-to-end Billing & Invoicing process

  • Prepare, review, and issue accurate Sales Invoices, Billing Statements, and Debit/Credit Memos for all channels (modern trade, distributors, e-commerce, key accounts).
  • Ensure billing documents are complete, compliant, and aligned with customer contracts, trade terms, and internal policies.


Manage Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Monitor AR aging and follow through on collections to achieve
    target Collection Efficiency Rate
    and minimize overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Key Accounts Team on payment follow-ups, disputes, and customer concerns.
  • Record collections, apply payments correctly, and ensure no misapplied or unapplied cash.


Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Perform regular
    customer account reconciliations
    (SOA reconciliation vs. customer books, credit notes, chargebacks, short/overpayments).
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR, billing, and collections.
  • Generate accurate AR aging reports and collection dashboards for Finance and Management.


Compliance, Systems & Process Improvements

  • Ensure
    proper documentation
    for audit and compliance (BIR, internal, and external auditors).
  • Use ERP/Accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar) to encode transactions, maintain master data, and support automation initiatives.
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce errors, shorten billing cycle times, and improve collection efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
  • Preferably
    with 2–4 years of experience
    in: Accounts Receivable, Billing & Collections, Customer/Key Accounts Finance (FMCG, distribution, retail, or trading is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of
    AR aging, SOA reconciliation, billing documentation, VAT & EWT basics
  • Experience using
    ERP / accounting systems
    (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is an advantage
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    , accuracy, and follow-through
  • Comfortable coordinating with
    Sales, Key Accounts, and external customers
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a
    fast-paced, high-volume environment
