Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of escalated technical issues from Level 1 and Level 2 teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain firewalls, switches, and other critical network devices.

  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive issue management and professional communication.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of IT experience, ideally in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong background in server administration, DNS management, and cloud technologies (Intune, Azure, AVD).
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and server issues.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining firewalls, switches, and networking equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on teamwork and client service.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize critical issues, and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
