About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking enthusiastic customer service representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This full-time role is perfect for BPO newbies looking to kickstart their careers in the customer service industry. As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers
  2. Listening attentively to customer concerns and queries
  3. Providing accurate information and effective solutions
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures
  7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Solid time management and multitasking skills
  4. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred but not required
