Accounting Supervisor - Responsible in overseeing the daily operations of the department. Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, maintain internal control and supervise a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to produce balance sheet (asset, liabilities and capital), cash flow (operating activities, financing activities - the in and out, investing activities) and income statement for management and operations use.
  • Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, journal entry, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Analyze and evaluates financial data and manage the entire financial strategy of the organization.
  • Ensures all financial transactions and reports comply with the systems and financial obligations and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze operational insight costs, including food and beverage cost, labor cost and operating expenses.
  • Conducts regular audit of inventory / ARs of stores.
  • Enhance and creates policies and procedures for the improvement of departmental efficiency.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field. Being CPA is an advantage.
  • With at least three (3) years accounting valuable experience in one company.
  • Able to deliver reports on time.
  • Knowledgeable in income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
  • Knowledge in inventory and cost control systems specific to food service operations.
  • With strong attention to details, meticulous, analytical thinking, organize and precise.
  • Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data.
  • With people management skills in leading the team towards the goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
