The Role

As an HR Manager at Harbour City Dimsum House Co., Inc.', you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for our fast-growing restaurant chain based in Tunghaan Minglanilla Cebu. This is a full-time role that will be integral to supporting our ambitious expansion plans and ensuring we have the right talent in place to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the overall business objectives
  2. Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
  3. Oversee employee training and development programmes to build a highly skilled and engaged workforce
  4. Lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring employees are rewarded fairly and competitively
  5. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and source the best talent
  6. Promote a positive company culture and employee wellbeing initiatives
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  8. Provide HR analytics and reporting to support business decision making

Immediate availability to commence work is required to support our ambitious expansion plans.

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HR management role, ideally within the hospitality or retail sectors
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships across the business
  4. Proven ability to think strategically and implement practical HR solutions
  5. Hands-on experience with HR information systems and data analysis
  6. Experience with any HRIS system is essential for data analysis and HR management functions
  7. A collaborative, customer-focused approach and the ability to work well under pressure
  8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
