As an Senior IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing telephone and email support through our ticketing systems to our customers in order to maintain their systems. You will support the technical teams where required and rectify any faults in a professional and timely manner.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally 4 years plus experience within the I.T support industry
  • Previous experience in varied I.T Support and client accounts
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience is required
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Basic experience/awareness of Fortinet firewalls, routers and 3CX, Yeastar telephony would be desirable
  • Ability to work productively within a small team
  • Being forward thinking and innovative
  • Ability to build working relationships with clients
  • Halo PSA experience beneficial
  • Kaseya 365, Vonahi, Rapid Fire Tools experience beneficial
  • A hunger to learn and progress.
  • Relevant IT certification is required for this position

As an IT Helpdesk Technician, further responsibilities will also include:

  • Provide telephone and email support to our customers in order to maintain their systems and ensure that the customer is satisfied.
  • Report 3rd party faults and pass to the relevant department where necessary.
  • Use available broadband diagnostic tools to identify and resolve broadband faults.
  • Support the technical team in additional areas where required.
  • Carry out general administration duties such as filling, logging calls, database administration on our CRM system.
