HR Business Partner

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point person on all issues and concerns regarding HR;
Leads all HR-related initiatives of the company and the client;
Creates and implements HR policies and procedures;
Conducts onboarding and off-boarding of all employees;
Ensures accuracy and timely delivery of payroll processing, payment, and processing of statutory benefits for the client, and monitoring of employee attendance;
Prepare, issue, and document disciplinary notices such as Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Decision (NOD) in coordination with the HR Consultant, ensuring due process and compliance with company policies and labor laws;
Lead the investigation and documentation of employee violations and recommend appropriate corrective or disciplinary measures;
Handles all employee and labor relations for the company or the client;
Monitoring of HMO;
Assist the company in their individual development plans by coordinating training or seminars needed;
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies in all HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in HR operations or similar roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills, and proactive.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee concerns with discretion and fairness.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and due process requirements.
- CHRA certification is an advantage.
