Job Title: Robot Monitor Associate

We are seeking diligent, tech-savvy Robot Monitor Associate to support the day-to-day functionality of our autonomous robot fleet. This role is essential to ensuring seamless operations and top-quality service delivery on-site. Candidates will be responsible for remotely monitoring multiple robots, responding to operational anomalies, and performing basic troubleshooting—all while maintaining high communication standards with the technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remote Monitoring: Oversee and manage the performance of several robots simultaneously using company-provided software and monitoring tools. Proactively identify irregularities or operational issues in real time.

  • Issue Reporting: Promptly document and escalate any robot malfunctions or system errors to the designated technical support team, providing clear descriptions and relevant data to aid rapid resolution.

  • Record Keeping & Communication: Maintain accurate logs of incidents, interventions, and robot performance. Participate in regular team meetings and status updates to ensure smooth cross-functional communication.

  • Team Collaboration & Flexibility: Work cooperatively with other team members, adapting to evolving operational needs and taking on supplementary tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to operate a computer and navigate multiple software applications efficiently throughout the workday.

  • Strong multitasking skills with proven capability to monitor, manage, and switch between several concurrent responsibilities or devices.

  • High level of comfort with technology; experience using apps, online dashboards, or remote monitoring tools preferred.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, displaying initiative and sound judgment with minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to adapt to changing job requirements and handle responsibilities outside the standard job description as operational needs evolve.

  • This is an on-site position; candidates must be able to commute to the designated property location(s).

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Previous experience in technical support or robotics operations.

  • Familiarity with Slack or similar team communication/project management tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Training Provided: All new hires will receive comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training covering robot monitoring systems, troubleshooting protocols, and company safety standards.
