Responsibilities

  • Keep watch over live video feeds of production lines.
  • Spot issues like jams, material shortages, or operator delays.
  • Log downtime events with precision using Microsoft Forms & reporting tools.
  • Alert supervisors right away when critical issues pop up.
  • Summarize your shift activity to support performance and compliance tracking.
  • Follow SOPs for reporting and escalation (because order matters).
  • Be logged in and ready by 6:50 AM EST (10 minutes before production).
  • Stay on until production officially ends and clearance is given.
  • Stay focused and active during your shift (breaks are approved, of course).
  • Be flexible for occasional Friday/Saturday shifts.
  • Show up consistently, because reliability is key in this role.

Qualifications

  • College-level education or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail and focus.
  • Comfortable with computers: Microsoft Forms, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Clear and confident English communication (written & verbal).
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
