As an RPA Developer at Lear, you will be part of a small team, acting as an individual contributor performing end-to-end delivery of automations for different business departments. You will be collaborating with process owners to convert business needs and requirements into automation solutions, primarily using UiPath, while also monitoring completed automations running in production.

Job Description

  • Implement the full automation development lifecycle: Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, and Testing of RPA solutions using UiPath
  • Communicate with various business stakeholder to understand their processes, gather their requirements, assess automation feasibilities (technical, financial, controls feasibility), and maintain ongoing engagement with the team throughout the implementation process.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation (PDD, SDD, etc.)
  • Actively monitor all deployed automations to assess performance, initiating and performing bug fixes, bot maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Participate in project monitoring by providing necessary data, scheduling estimates, and regular updates, relating to the project.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1+ years industry experience in RPA (UiPath experience is highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in at least one OOP language
  • Good verbal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of personal responsibility
  • Can handle pressure and deliver results efficiently
  • UiPath RPA Developer/Advanced Developer certification preferred
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in IT, ICT, Computer Science, or any related course from a reputable school preferred
