Location: Escario St., Cebu City – Onsite

Schedule: Night Shift

We're looking for a Production Associate – Fulfillment Staff to join our publishing team This role is focused on project coordination and author support, ensuring smooth workflows and timely updates.

What You'll Do:
  • Monitor ongoing publishing projects and keep records accurate and updated.
  • Coordinate with authors through calls and emails to follow up on manuscripts, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the production team.
  • Prepare and organize documents related to publishing projects.
  • Support overall production and fulfillment tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • BPO experience preferred – especially in customer service, account management, or project coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up on tasks.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office, Google Suite, or project tracking tools.
  • Willing to work onsite during the night shift.
