Position: Training Supervisor/Learning & Development Supervisor

1. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, with a strong focus on soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and customer service.
  • Assess training needs and improve current learning systems to boost employee performance.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and continuous learning for Head Office and field employees.
  • Lead and mentor Field Trainers and Roving Supervisors to ensure consistent training standards.
  • Manage training records, reports, and evaluation tools through Jotform and other systems.

2. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Proven experience in soft skills training design and facilitation.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with a passion for teaching.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with experience managing trainers.
  • Creative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

3. MUST HAVES

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Training Supervisor.
  • Proficiency in training methodologies and demonstrated superior teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for training presentations.
  • Knowledge of video editing and presentation creation tools.
