RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage influencers, streamers, content creators, and community leaders.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with community partners and ambassadors.
  • Coordinate creator contributions for campaigns, livestreams, giveaways, and product launches.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment.
  • Monitor trends, spot emerging creators, and keep up with digital platform updates (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, digital) to support campaigns and deliver assets.
  • Represent the brand positively in all partnerships and community engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or brand collaborations

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Background in gaming, digital entertainment, or online campaigns is a plus

Familiarity with creator platforms, social analytics, CRM tagging, and campaign tracking tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
