Responsible for supporting the Client Experience Team, tracking action items, preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks in a collaborative, inclusive environment at MicroSourcing.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Client Experience Manager/Client Experience Manager for a specific account
  • Tracking all action items of the Client Experience Team and monitoring their completion daily
  • Providing feedback to the Senior Client Experience Manager/Client Experience Manager on the completion of each task by CE AMs
  • Creating reports for daily operations, including attendance, action items, meeting minutes, and open items from other departments
  • Handling administrative tasks for all Operations Leads supported
  • Performing all other tasks as assigned
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A graduate degree from a 4-year course
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client trust
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting
