Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
- Drive impact on local recruitment activation workflows—broker onboarding, accreditation, and group events
 - Handle logistics for broker activities: open houses, site visits, batch briefings
 - Maintain accurate broker logs, assist in weekly KPI summary deliveries to the Territory level
 - Administer commission document flow and flag data inconsistencies for escalation
 - Integrate insights into Territory dashboards to support continuous improvement
 
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
 - 1–2 years of experience in support or coordination within real estate or a closely related sales support function
 - Highly organized, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
 - Strong communication skills, both for internal coordination and broker engagement
 - Field-confident and detail-oriented, capable of managing a hybrid field-office workload
 - Willing to travel for work as required
