Responsible for generating sales over the telephone and assisting in accreditation of new accounts. The sales support associate contacts businesses and private individuals and reads from a predetermined script to solicit sales. The Telesales Representative's responsibilities include contacting existing customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales calls with existing customers, consistently meet call and sales targets, stay updated on products and promotions, and effectively answer customer product questions.
  • Understand client needs, offer solutions, answer inquiries, build strong business relationships, and develop a comprehensive understanding of key accounts.
  • Accurately gather and document customer information, payments, and purchases, and maintain sales administration using CRM software.
  • Assist with the accreditation process for new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with coffee products, machines, and accessories, along with an understanding of the end-to-end sales and aftersales process.
  • Call center outbound experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant skills will also be considered.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, outgoing, friendly, and able to communicate professionally and confidently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
