About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our talented team at Select Goods' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and helping to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial records.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Finance team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain detailed financial records
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
