
Assistant Store Manager

Manage and oversee the operations of the branch, ensuring they meet company objectives and maintain standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have a supervisory experience in any industry
Key Accountabilities
1. Business Strategy
- Monitor sales performance of the branch by clearly and concisely communicating the business and store objectives to all team members.
2. Stock Management
- Achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss.
- Communicate with the Merchandising team regarding the stocks in the area to maximize stock potential.
- Oversee an adequate merchandise supplies and stocks inventories.
3. Customer Engagement/Satisfaction
- Implement safety and security control measures which include safety of employees; safety of customers/visitors/etc.; security against merchandise loss/damage/pilferage.
- Ascertain customer satisfaction and continued patronage through efficient performance of customer service function.
4. Store Operations
- Oversee overall store operations and ensure that the store adhere to compliance requirements in operations, company policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent attainment of sales quotas/targets.
5. People Management
- Evaluate staff's performance and ensure that company standards are maintained.
- Facilitate and cascade communication across the store organization.
- Manage, train, and develop the team to drive business performance.
