The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Store Inventory Assistant Manager to join our prestigious international retail brand based in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records for our store, ensuring efficient stock management and seamless operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Process incoming and outgoing deliveries, accurately recording all stock movements
  • Liaise with the store management team to identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed inventory reports and analytics
  • Support the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to optimise stock levels and replenishment
  • Provide guidance and training to store associates on inventory management processes

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in a store inventory or stock management role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong numeracy and data management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to work efficiently during the night shift
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and spreadsheet applications
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the store team
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve inventory issues
  • Can work on a NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE
